While ChivaCare is a new healthcare organization, our medical center evolved out of the Brain Clinic, a well known clinic started by one of ChivaCare’s founders. The Brain Clinic has provided medical services to hundreds of Thai and foreign patients.

The company name is derived from the Sanskrit word chiva, meaning life, and the English word care, thus acknowledging and appreciating the basic goodness of life.

ChivaCare is based in Chiang Mai, a city known as a regional health center, a magnet for wellness and a center of creativity with a high-quality lifestyle. ChivaCare has close connections to local universities and hospitals and cooperates with a growing network of local and international partners. The company was established in late 2017.
