The comprehensive assessment consists of over twenty tests and exercises at conducted an international standard by our certified physical and occupational therapists. It takes approximately ninety minutes to complete.

The assessment provides a report with recommendations for improving your health. There’s an optional cognitive test available. The results, reports, and recommendations are sent to you by email within a week after testing. A second optional appointment can be scheduled to discuss the results with a therapist or a doctor.

This assessment is helpful for persons experiencing office syndrome, lower back problems. It’s also valuable for assessing hypertension and weight issues, or pain experienced during sports and other physical activities. For the elderly, the test and resulting recommendations can be used to develop a plan for improved active aging.
